Need some help with a friend

Okay, I have a friend who is doing a lot of drugs, partying, having sex and jst doing a lot of stuff she is too young for [16] and should not be doing.

I am trying to talk to her about stopping with what she is doing, but I can't figure out what to say. I do have a story about when my mom almost died when she was 13 from alcohol poisioning at a party, but I don't know what else to say.

Any advice, and if you need examples I will tell you what she does.
